About Us

Welcome to Counter Cards Australia!

We are a husband/wife duo who are passionate about the Pokémon trading card game and TCG's in general as well as the communities that come with them.

Our names are Tasman and Chris and we started our store in 2022 after re-engaging with the Pokémon organised play community in Brisbane and quickly realising that one of the greatest barriers to entry is the cost associated with acquiring a competitive deck. Our mission is to provide the Australian TCG community with the most affordable buying option we can.

While currently focused on the Pokémon TCG, our intention is to service the big three (Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh and Magic the Gathering) in time with inventory growth and diversity being another of our biggest goals.

We look forward to growing alongside the Australian TCG communities and will do our very best to ensure that the support you show us is paid in kind by keeping our pricing as fair as we can.
